Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BFF Robots ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the www.bffrobots.com website and our custom robot manufacturing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

BFF Robots provides custom humanoid robot manufacturing services. Our platform allows users to upload images, text descriptions, or 3D models, which we convert into physical robots using AI-powered 3D modeling and advanced manufacturing techniques.

We offer three product tiers: BFF Robots Mini (desktop collectibles), Humanoid Robots (life-sized character replicas), and Android Robots (ultra-realistic human replicas). Each robot is custom-manufactured based on customer specifications and includes AI personality systems, movement capabilities, and continuous software updates.

User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

When you upload images, text descriptions, or 3D models to our platform, you retain all ownership rights to your content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your content solely for the purpose of manufacturing your custom robot and providing our services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and use your content, and that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.

Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is the property of BFF Robots and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Specifically, you may not:

Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or proprietary designs without proper authorization. Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Upload content depicting minors or content that violates privacy rights of individuals without their consent.

Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services, servers, or networks. Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access our services without our express written permission. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software or AI systems.

Orders and Payments

Order Process

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase a custom robot based on your specifications. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Order acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.

All prices are listed in USD and include manufacturing, AI programming, and standard shipping within the continental United States. International shipping rates apply for deliveries outside the US. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

All payments are non-refundable once manufacturing has begun, except as provided in our refund policy. Manufacturing typically begins within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

Manufacturing and Delivery

Manufacturing timelines vary by product tier: BFF Robots Mini typically require 20-30 days, Humanoid Robots require 30-45 days, and Android Robots require 45-60 days. These timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, customization complexity, and other factors.

We will provide regular updates on your order status via email. Once manufacturing is complete, your robot will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address you provided. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty and Returns

Limited Warranty

We warrant that your robot will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. This warranty covers mechanical components, electronics, and structural integrity. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective component at no charge. To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your robot arrives damaged or significantly different from your specifications, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Contact our support team immediately with photographic evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BFF Robots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BFF Robots, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where BFF Robots is headquartered. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction where BFF Robots is headquartered.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BFF Robots regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
